Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

Vibrant and tangy, hibiscus is as beautiful as it is delicious. Brewed, it creates a deep ruby-red tea rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Traditionally used as a cooling and refreshing beverage.

Its flavor is tart, tangy, and cranberry-like, making it perfect for iced teas or blends. Steep 1–2 teaspoons for 5–7 minutes for a bold red tea, and sweeten lightly with honey if desired. Hibiscus pairs wonderfully with mint, lemon balm, or rose hips.
