Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)

Marshmallow root is soft, soothing, and protective—often used for digestive and throat comfort. Its naturally mucilaginous properties create a gentle coating effect that supports irritated tissues. This herb has been used since ancient times as both food and medicine.
