MG Artesanal Joven Cenizo Mezcal

MG Artesanal Joven Cenizo Mezcal is an artisanal Mexican mezcal made from wild cenizo agave and bottled at 45% ABV. Cenizo, a blue-gray highland agave, yields a mineral, herbal mezcal with green pepper, wet stone, and subtle smoke, and this joven captures it unaged and unfiltered for maximum character. The palate is dry and complex with a long, peppery finish.

MG Artesanal follows traditional methods, roasting the agave in earthen pits and distilling in small batches, and its cenizo is a great step beyond espadín for anyone exploring wild-agave mezcal. Sip it neat from a copita.
