Nettles (Urtica dioica)

Nettles are one of the most nourishing herbs available, often called a “daily tonic” for their rich content of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Used for centuries to support energy, seasonal balance, and overall wellness, nettles are considered a foundational herb in many traditions.

The flavor is earthy, grassy, and reminiscent of green tea. Brew 1–2 teaspoons for 5–10 minutes, or steep longer for a stronger mineral-rich infusion. Nettles combine beautifully with red raspberry leaf, spearmint, or lemon balm for a daily nourishing tea.
