Zirtek 1mg/ml Oral Solution

Zirtek 1mg/ml Oral Solution is a medicated oral solution used for the treatment of symptoms associated with perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, including hay-fever, as well as the symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria. The solution is clear and colourless and has a slightly sweet banana flavour.

• For oral use only.
  
• Not suitable for use in children under 2 years of age.
  

Dosage

Children aged from 2 to 6 years: 2.5 mg twice daily (2.5 ml oral solution twice daily (i.e. a half measuring spoon twice daily))

Children aged from 6 to 12 years: 5 mg twice daily (5 ml oral solution (i.e. a full measuring spoon twice daily))

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 10 mg once daily (10 ml oral solution (i.e. 2 full measuring spoons))
